Dollar Car Rental

Welcome back!

Not all people have cars.  Sometimes even car owners are without their car.  This could be while on a vacation or while their car is being repaired.  At times people shy away from driving long distances in their vehicle. They want to avoid the miles of wear and tear on their own vehicle.  This is a job for Dollar car rental.

Imagine this scenario. Your home is outside the city. Your job is inside the city. There’s a bus stop nearby. A car would just sit around in a parking lot, so what have it?  When you’re working you can’t drive.  Reserve Saturday for personal travel needs.  Rent a car that day.  After running all the errands and seeing a play, bring it back on Sunday.  You now have a car for $20 for your full requirements.  Owning a car and paying all the insurance, registration, garage and parking fees, is a lot more than $20 x 52 or about $1040 a year. Renting a car is a real bargain.

For people who need the car every day, a purchase is a better option.  Maybe the kids have a lot of activities and need a chauffeur.  Maybe the typical daily tasks and errands require more travel and carrying than would be workable on a bus or train schedule. Then it’s like the song lyrics Buy buy buy a car. But renting for short use may be the better idea.

Employee travel means reimbursement for mileage. That cost is fifty cents per mile.  If someone drives 100 miles that adds up to $50 each day. That same travel can be a lot less with a car rental. The Dollar car rental is the better choice in that example.
